Dubai, UAE SALARY: 18,000 AED - 19,000 AED PER: Month TERM: Permanent

Strategic HR Leadership:

  • Develop and execute strategic HR initiatives aligned with the unique requirements of Maker Space and the Restaurant.

 

  • Collaborate closely with executive leadership to integrate HR strategies into overall business objectives.

 

Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring the acquisition of top talent for both businesses.

 

  • Leverage industry knowledge to implement innovative and effective recruitment strategies, especially within the hospitality sector.

Employee Relations and Engagement:

  • Cultivate a positive and inclusive work culture by managing employee relations and implementing engagement programs.

 

  • Address employee concerns promptly, fostering a workplace environment that values diversity and inclusivity.
    • Ensure holiday scheduling of staff is scheduled and known to team members prior to them leaving with efficient hand overs to complete work tasks efficiently.

  • Ensure professional boundaries are kept between staff and the company's client.

 

Performance Management:

  • Implement and manage performance appraisal systems to drive excellence and productivity.

 

  • Provide guidance to department heads on performance improvement strategies and career development plans.

 

Training and Development:

  • Assess training needs and design programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of employees, particularly in the context of hospitality services.

 

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external training providers to deliver targeted training sessions.

 

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Lead the administration of comprehensive compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness within the hospitality industry.

  • Ensure strict adherence to employment laws, regulations, and industry standards within the hospitality sector.

 

  • Maintain meticulous records to demonstrate compliance during audits.
  • Oversee the implementation of health and safety protocols, especially tailored for the hospitality environment.

Health and Safety:

 

  • Conduct regular safety audits and collaborate with relevant authorities to uphold health and safety standards.

Hospitality Industry Expertise:

  • Utilize extensive experience in the hotel or hospitality field to tailor HR strategies to the unique challenges and dynamics of the industry.

 

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance HR operations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

 

  • Proven 5 year minimum experience as an HR Manager in the hotel or hospitality sector, with a track record of managing HR functions for multiple establishments.

 

  • In-depth knowledge of hospitality HR practices, labor laws, and industry standards.

 

  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

 

  • Ability to manage HR operations for multiple businesses simultaneously in a fast- paced environment.

 

  • Professional certifications in HR required.
