London (City of) SALARY: £35,000 - £43,000 PER: Annum
This is a great Senior HR Advisor role for a strong HR Generalist with Employee Relations experience. You will be joining a supportive, positive HR Service team providing best practice HR guidance and coaching to your client group within the business.
The role is based in Central London in the headquarters, or there is the option to be based out of a regional office in Welwyn Garden City. With a hybrid working model, the team work from the office 2-3 days per week with the rest working from home.
This is a great role as part of a really professional, ethical and supportive HR team.
Role & Responsibilities:
• Overseeing the full employee life cycle from onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits all the way through to offboarding.
• Managing the HR administration including starters, reviewing contracts, and ensuring all relevant legislation is followed.
• Providing support, guidance, and advice to line managers within the business, on all HR related matters, in a professional and timely manner.
• Being the first port of call for Employee Relations matters. Able to confidently manage Employee Relations cases with the support of the Human Resources Business Partners and the Head of HR.
• Proven ability to manage lower-level Employee Relations cases independently.
Skills & Experience Required:
• Proven experience of working within a similar role with exposure to Employee Relations.
• Highly organised, pro-active, and enthusiastic about providing fantastic employee experiences.
• Have sound knowledge of UK employment law.
• Ability to communicate across all levels.
• Have high emotional intelligence and with a solution focused approach, demonstrating the ability to listen with a solid ethical and moral judgement.
• Confidence in using all Microsoft programs including Excel and Powerpoint.
• CIPD Qualified – desirable but not necessary.
