Senior Growth Marketing Manager

Our client, a startup in the health tech/fintech space is looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join their growing team. The founders have a great track record of building very successful businesses, so you would be joining a team who are already on a very successful trajectory as they grow in headcount, go through funding rounds and they continue to grow within their market.  Not only are they an amazing team, they also offer a ton of flexibility with only a minimum of 1 day per week in the office (in FiDi).  As the Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you will work closely with their Head of Brand/Marketing but also have ownership on some really exciting projects. 

Duties Include

• Managing their multi-channel campaign
• Creation of experiments on Marketing metrics
• Studying of surveys
• Usage of customer interviews to help make better changes for the company
• Doing deep research to help create better campaigns
• Creation of customer communication
• A close working relationship with the stakeholders

Candidate
Our client is flexible with years of experience as long as someone is comfortable building a strategy, working independently, and owning the marketing piece from beginning to end.  To be considered for this role you must understand the B2B (not B2C) healthcare/health tech space (for private practice doctors), and have worked specifically in channel or growth marketing.  Startup experience is not required as long as someone has a startup mentality.  You will be results driven, take ownership, come to the table with ideas and will truly be able to make this role what you want to make of it.
