Senior Chef De Partie – Kensington – Good work life balance

London (Greater) SALARY: £30,000 - £35,000 PER: Annum TERM: Permanent

I am currently looking to recruit a friendly and hands-on senior chef de partie to work for a well-established, independent café situated in Kensington.

This is a small yet very busy café / brasserie. The kitchen team is made of two senior chefs de partie and a commis chef. My client is looking for a friendly chef to join the family and establish a long-term relationship with.

The position offers a great work-life balance, you will work around 45 hours/week, without late closing times!

This is a permanent position, paying between £30,000pa and 35,000pa, depending on experience.

Closest tube station: South Kensington

Your role will consist of:

Running the service
Organising the workload and working independently
Dealing with food preparation for service
Preparing dishes to perfection using modern plating techniques
Strictly following the health and safety regulations
