Security Officer

Tiger Private are in search of a Security officer for a large private residential development, idyllically located in a prime area of Mayfair.

On behalf of the residents and staff, you will manage and deliver a consistently highly secure, discreet and safe environment throughout the property and its surrounding areas. Your duties will include but are not limited to manning and securing all entrances or access points as required by policy and procedure, check daily and ensure the safety of all guest and pass keys, car keys and keys for operation. You will ensure complete resident satisfaction, by providing a continuous sense of safety and security that meets the particular and special needs of the residents. The tight knit highly trained team you will be joining at the property has been brought together from the world’s leading hotels, private members clubs and households, so an ability to hit the ground running is vital.

The ideal candidate will have 3 years of relevant experience within luxury residential / community management or luxury hotel management, during which the candidate has demonstrated success and advancement. This is a fantastic opportunity for a truly service minded individual to provide a highly professional, warm and effective residents’ service, create a sense of confidence and security 24 hours a day. Prior hotel or luxury residential experience would be preferrable.

Your core hours will be 4 days on (12 hour shifts) and 3 days off. Only candidates with a UK driving licence and right to work in the UK can be considered for the role. You will also need a CCTV public space surveillance license as well as the SIA Door Supervisor (or higher) licence.
