A global consultancy that works within a very niche sector is looking for a Secretary to join the firm to support a team of specialists within the centrally based Liverpool office.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

This is a busy role supporting established and senior Fee Earners in the business! Typical duties include:

  • Diary management for fee earners
  • Typing documents, meeting notes and letters when required.
  • Proof Reading confidential client documents
  • Expense and timesheet management
  • Project support for the team when required
  • Organising travel when COVID lifts

WHO YOU ARE

To be successful, you will have experience in a similar Secretarial or Admin role, be an efficient problem solver and be able to deal with multiple requests at any given time.

Essential requirements:

  • Previous Admin or Secretarial experience.
  • Strong proof reading skills
  • Strong typing skills
  • High attention to detail
