Dubai, UAE SALARY: 10,000 AED - 10,000 AED PER: Month TERM: Permanent
Our client is a startup AI and RPA Solutions Company looking for a Sales Executive to generate new sales opportunities and expand the company's market share in the region.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities by leveraging your customer database, cold calling, networking.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets and KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction, repeat business, and upselling opportunities. Serve as the main point of contact for customer & vendors to prepare proposals.
- Travel to customer locations for face-to-face meetings, presentations, and demonstrations as required.
- Present a weekly pipeline review to meet the company's target.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven success in IT sales, specifically in selling data backup, security systems, AI, and RPA solutions.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and overcome customer objections.
- In-depth understanding of IT solutions, including data backup (Cohesity, Veeam, Commvault, Veritas), security systems, AI, and RPA.
- Possess a valid and extensive network of contacts in the IT industry. Ability to leverage existing connections to generate new sales opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to deliver compelling presentations, write effective sales proposals, and build rapport with customers.
