Sales Engineer- Power Generator (OPEN FOR RELOCATION)

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia SALARY: 12,000 AED - 12,000 AED PER: Month TERM: Permanent

Our client is an OEM of Power Generators currently seeking a Sales Engineer to be based in their Riyadh office.

Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Consultation:
    • Conduct thorough consultations with potential clients to understand their power requirements, energy needs, and specific challenges.
    • Assess existing power systems and infrastructure to identify opportunities for improvement or expansion.
  2. Solution Design:
    • Develop customized power generation solutions based on customer requirements, considering factors such as load demand, fuel type, and environmental considerations.
    • Collaborate with the engineering team to create detailed technical proposals and drawings.
  3. Product Knowledge:
    • Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in power generation technology and products.
    • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the features and benefits of the power generators and associated equipment offered by the company.
  4. Technical Presentations:
    • Deliver technical presentations to clients, highlighting the capabilities and advantages of the proposed power generation solutions.
    • Address client questions and concerns, providing clear and concise explanations.
  5. Quotation and Pricing:
    • Prepare accurate and competitive price quotations based on the proposed power generation solutions.
    • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients while ensuring profitability for the company.
  6. Sales Growth:
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
    • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
  7. Relationship Building:
    • Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within client organizations.
    • Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  8. Market Research:
    • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
    • Provide feedback to the management team regarding market demands and potential areas for improvement.
  9. Documentation:
    • Prepare and maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project details.
    • Generate reports as required by the sales management team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the power generation or related industry.
  • Strong technical acumen and understanding of power generation systems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in relevant computer software for design and presentations.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
