Tiger is partnered with a full-service television, events, and exhibition technical production partner that exists to help production companies, technical directors, agencies, in-house corporates, event organizers, and exhibition suppliers deliver exceptional audience experiences. The team thrives on the challenges brought to us by their clients and believes there is almost no limit to what can be achieved. They are currently searching for a Sales Director to secure new clients in the events space with Creative Agencies, Corporations, Event Organizers, Venues, and Stand Builders alike across their core lines of business (Live Events, Conferences & Trade Shows).

Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential new business targets
  • Pro-actively use relevant social media channels to prospect for new clients
  • Attend live events, trade shows, and networking events to identify new prospects
  • Prospect and qualify the respective targets through telephone, virtual, and face-to-face meetings to build a pipeline
  • Present our credentials to clients in both face-to-face and virtual environments
  • Encourage and build strong relationships with key individuals and major clients
  • Work with the project and operations team to convert the brief into an accurate technical delivery
  • Produce proposals and respond to RFI’s and RFP’s
  • Produce presentations for pitches
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to guide a client through reasoning
  • Manage your opportunity/sales pipeline ensuring there is sufficient opportunity to meet revenue and gross profit targets
  • Contribute to marketing activities to help build our brand

 

Requirements:

  • Full valid driving license and ability to travel, sometimes at short notice
  • Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, driven, and with a passion for results
  • Strong analytical skills and a high level of commercial, business, and financial acumen
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with customers
  • Required to develop and maintain positive and progressive working relationships both internally and externally
  • Demonstrate commitment to the core values of the company
  • Take a participative role in the Company’s sustainability initiative and ensure where possible your actions support the achievement of this initiative; reuse, recycle, and replenish
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety, corporate, client, and legislative standards at all times
