A small financial services firm is looking for a sales administrator to work alongside their mortgage advisor. This is a really interesting role wherein you will support the existing client bank and assist in the process of taking on new clients. This is a great opportunity to join a small and friendly team that places great importance on learning and development.  


This is a busy role that requires a bright and organised candidate that enjoys working as part of a team and using initiative. Typical duties include:

  • Client services – liaising with clients and multiple vendors to process applications
  • Draft reports and generate spreadsheets
  • Support the mortgage advisors with research for new applications
  • Data processing
  • Process fees and monitor monies received
  • Develop and improve CRM processes
  • Involved in Ad hoc projects


To be successful you will be a hardworking individual who can work as part of a team. Degree-level education or previous admin or office experience is required. The ideal candidate will already have completed RO1 And CF6 but this is not an essential requirement

  • High attention to detail
  • Very good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, effectively manage time and adapt to changing role requirements
  • IT Literacy and numeracy skills
