Restaurant Manager

Restaurant Manager for Manor Boutique Hotel & Restaurant, based in the heart of the Lake District 

Restaurant Manager required for busy high end hotel restaurant, this will be a temp to perm opportunity, and will be starting as soon as possible.

There is the option of live in accommodation, a 5-minute walk from the hotel. 

Duties:

• Recruiting, training and supervising staff
• Managing budgets
• Creating staffing rotas
• Planning menus
• Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation
• Promoting and marketing the business
• Overseeing stock levels and ordering supplies
• Handling customer enquiries and complaints
• Greeting customers.
• Efficient problem solving
• Preparing and presenting reports.
• Assessing and improving profitability.
• Liaising with customers, employees, suppliers, licensing authorities and sales representatives.
• Making improvements to the running of the business
