London (City of) SALARY: £50,000 - £65,000 PER: Annum TERM: Permanent
This established family office in the heart of London is looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager who will be responsible for the hiring of private household/office staff to provide support for their UHNW client base. The family office provides services to a broad range of clients based in the UK and overseas which includes property management/payroll services/staffing and PA services for UHNW and their families. The family office has representatives in major cities around the world and a team of 50 (but growing fast !)
As Recruitment Manager you will have responsibility for overseeing the 50 employees that are across the various business services that the company offers and your role will also include managing recruitment agency relationships when recruiting household staff/security personnel etc.
This really is a fantastic autonomous and expansive role where you can make the role your own as it is completely new and has developed as the business has evolved. The ideal candidate will have some experience in working with private households or dealing with HNW/UHNW as this role is fast paced and requires attention to detail, discretion and high standards. The role will suit someone dynamic, highly organised and proactive who can liaise with clients internally and externally and with solid experience in recruitment across various levels.
Ideally you should have experience perhaps from within a concierge company/private household or family office. You will work alongside a high energy, committed and professional team of individuals who have worked in a Private PA capacity or as Household Managers etc. and are highly service oriented in their roles.
Based from their stunning office in SW London this is a really unique role with huge opportunity and would suit an energetic, polished self-starter who is used to providing high level service to a high profile portfolio of private clients. Personality is key and so the role would suit someone with a 'small company mentality' who also has a ‘muck in’ type attitude as you will need to be flexible and a team player.
