Recruitment Coordinator

London (City of) SALARY: £35,000 - £45,000 PER: Annum TERM: Permanent


My client, a theatre and digital consultancy, are looking for an internal Recruitment Coordinator to join their ever-growing team. We are seeking someone experienced and forward thinking and up for a challenge. The ideal candidate will have some international recruitment experience and ‘thinking outside the box’ mentality.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead on delivering recruitment campaigns as required
  • Create and manage job advertising
  • Liaise with specialist agencies for business unit roles as required
  • Maintain and manage candidate database
  • Organise interview schedules
  • Attend and participate in panel discussions
  • Coordinate new starter induction schedules
  • Support on championing Diversity, Equality and Inclusion across the team

What you’ll need:

  • Experience in international recruitment
  • CIPD qualification (or equivalent HR/Recruitment qualification)
  • ‘Can do’ attitude
  • Forward thinking
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
