London (West End) SALARY: £40,000 - £55,000 PER: Annum TERM: Permanent

Tiger Recruitment was founded in 2001 and specialise in placing high calibre support staff. We recruit across all industry sectors and for clients looking to fill permanent, temporary, fixed term contract and virtual vacancies. Our clients range from FTSE 100's, Financial Services, Technology and Property to Creative, Charitable Organisations, Family Offices and Private Households. We recruit throughout London as well as nationally and internationally (Europe, Dubai and the U.S). We have offices in London’s West End, City of London, Dubai and New York and are looking at further expansion into Europe. 

Tiger specialises across six divisions - Business Support, HR, Technology, Hospitality, Finance and Accounting, and Private - Family Office recruitment.

Job Summary


We are looking for experienced Recruitment Consultants with experience within the HR and / or Business Support sectors to join our exisiting team. These roles are to oversee well established hot desks with unlimited potential!

Responsibilities of the role will include but not be limited to: -


Candidate care and Generation

  • Writing and advertising job roles, attracting top candidates to register with Tiger Recruitment
  • Thoroughly interviewing candidates, fact finding and build strong rapport (at least 10 per week)
  • Continually network with candidates to generate recommendations
  • Effective Itris searches
  • Building on and expanding existing client relationships
  • Achieve your KPIs as set out in the Business Development Guidelines
  • Constantly building relationships with clients and developing business whenever possible
  • Offering market knowledge, salary benchmarking and any additional information your client may find useful
  • Utilising your candidate knowledge and the database to produce shortlists for roles
  • Preparing candidates for interviews, coaching them where necessary
  • De-briefing candidates after interviews and ensuring you are aware of all other roles they are looking at to manage the process effectively
  • Closing candidates and offering advice around counter offers
  • Hitting individual monthly targets
  • Keeping administration up to date
  • Document formatting
  • Managing portals for clients
  • Drafting job specs for clients if required
  • Consistently offering ideas and suggestions around marketing, technology, PR and events that would be good exposure for our brand
  • Working in a transparent and ethical way at all times, representing Tiger Recruitment in a positive light
  • Building strong relationships internally and working as a team
  • Mentoring and training Recruitment Consultants
  • Leading by example at all times
  • Acting as a senior member of the team and within the business. Offering ideas and support when and where necessary

Skills/ Experience Required

  • Previous demonstrable recruitment experience, any sales or account management experience.
  • Able to work under pressure whilst remaining calm and composed
  • Commercial awareness
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Verbal communication skills – the ability to influence
  • Positive demeanor with lots of energy
  • Strong multi-tasking and organisational skills



  • 25 days annual leave on pro rata basis (one day to be taken over Christmas) plus office closed between Christmas and New Year
