Up to £18 per hour dependent on experience

My client, a globally recognised investment bank, are currently recruiting for Recruitment Administration support. They’re one of my favourite clients in terms of how they offer fantastic training on-the-job, whilst working amongst a supportive team of Recruiters and Onboarding specialists. The Recruitment Operations team is growing to support the ongoing recruitment. The main purpose of the Recruitment Administrator is to operate between the Recruiters and the onboarding team. You will be responsible for adding information to internal systems (Oracle), completing pre work checks, creating contracts and finalising offers.

The hours are 9am - 6pm and there is flexiblity for the role to be hybrid.

What you will do:

  • Manage candidate process flow once offer has been confirmed
  • Ensure speed and ease of process between offer stage and new colleague starting
  • Work closely with the Recruiters and the onboarding team
  • Support a divisional area of permanent recruitment with high volume recruitment
  • Potential to take on junior Recruitment responsibilities

Who you are:

  • Experienced in high volume administration
  • Previous experience using CRM systems such as Oracle or Salesforce
  • Recruitment experience would be great but not necessary
  • A real doer, driving the process forward rather than waiting for things to come to you
  • Great attention to detail and spot potential problems in the workflow
  • A great attitude towards hard work
