Recruiter – Private Family Office

London (Greater) SALARY: £40,000 - £55,000 PER: Annum TERM: Permanent

This is a fantastic new role that has arisen for a Recruiter/HR Assistant with at least 2 years recruitment experience. You will oversee the recruitment of domestic and family staff for multiple private HNW and UHNW families at their properties around London and the UK. As a pivotal member of the HR team within this boutique family office you will work alongside the HR Manager and manage the recruitment lifecycle for the private families across all their hiring needs.

You will be the first point of contact for all the private families and be responsible for taking the job details, sourcing candidates, interviewing and shortlisting candidates and checking references and ultimately placing them into their roles. You will also manage adhoc projects and work closely with the HR Manager on internal recruitment requirements as well as helping to market the business .

This is a really amazing role for someone who loves to be client facing as with the client you will be  identifying a family's domestic household needs and building key relationships across the process.  The role might suit an ex yachtie or House Manager or Recruitment Consultant who has worked in the private household space and who is used to working for HNW/UHNW and to exceptionally standards with total  discretion and a sense of urgency in all that you do to deliver excellent service.

Based in wonderful offices in Chelsea and in a company that offers genuine scope to grow your role and progress through HR  and even study towards exams if you wish. Lovely, friendly team who support each other.
