Receptionist – ongoing temp role in Mayfair
London (West End) SALARY: £13 - £15 PER: Hour TERM: Temporary
My client is currently recruiting an experienced and proactive receptionist to join their West End office. You will be responsible for maintaining a consistent high-quality office reception as well as being the face of the company ensuring all guests receive 5 star service. This is a rolling contract so the role will be ongoing.
What you’ll do:
- Be the first point of contact for all clients and visitors.
- Handle all incoming telephone calls and monitor a busy inbox.
- Manage the reception, meeting rooms and breakout areas.
- Prepare and set up meeting rooms.
- General office services – maintaining office supplies, placing orders when necessary etc.
- Provide any other administrative assistance as required.
Who You Are:
- Previous experience as receptionist or similar front of house role.
- Professional manner, ability to prioritise tasks and remain calm under pressure.
- Exceptional organisation, logistical and IT skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to work independently and in a team with minimal supervision.
- Available for an immediate start.
