Receptionist / Office Manager – Milan
Europe SALARY: €24,000 - €28,000 PER: Annum TERM: Permanent
An established financial advisors in the centre of Milan are looking for a fluent Italian-speaker to join their stunning offices as Receptionist / Office Manager.
This Receptionist / Office Manager role is working alongside one other to manage the front of house and smooth running of the office. You will be responsible for:
- Meeting room preparation
- Meet and greet, hospitality for guests (coffees etc)
- Ordering catering for lunch meetings
- Ensuring office supplies are stocked
- Administrative support
- Travel bookings
This is an excellent opportunity for a well-presented and switched-on Receptionist / Office Manager to join a lovely team.
The successful candidate will be bright, switched-on and presentable. You must have some office experience in order to hit the ground running. You will show initiative and have a ‘can do’ attitude. You must be fluent in Italian.
You will ideally be based in Milan already.
