Receptionist & Office Manager
London (City of) SALARY: £25,000 - £30,000 PER: Annum TERM: Permanent
My client is a leading, global renewable energy company based in stunning offices located in the City of London. They are looking to hire a Receptionist & Office Manager to join them and support with the smooth running of the busy office. Main duties & responsibilities
- Meet and greet visitors on arrival
- To work closely with facilities to ensure office is running smoothly
- Manage stationery and office equipment
- To work closely with PA’s and provide admin support
- Answer telephone calls, taking detailed messages and transferring calls
Key skills & experience
- Previous experience working in a similar Receptionist position
- Ability to work independently, using own initiative
- Strong communication skills
- Well presented with a positive, can-do attitude
