Receptionist/Hotel Concierge

£8.72 per hour + holiday pay

I have a number of receptionist/concierge positions required across various London locations that require an asap start! Experience within the hospitality industry is helpful although not essential. 
 

• Good communication skills with staff and clientele
• Meeting and greeting
• Answering any queries as necessary
• Good written and organisational skills especially for the various forms and reports you need to complete
• Competent use of technology e.g., reading and responding to emails from Central office.
• Ability to deal with stressful and challenging situations
• Ensure the reception area is kept tidy
