My client, based in Holborn, are looking for a Receptionist and Office Manager to join their team on a temporary basis. We are looking for someone highly organised, excellent interpersonal skills and great time management skills.

What you’ll do:

  • Meet and greet persons entering the office and accommodate them in reception
  • Issue building passes to staff
  • Health and safety inductions
  • Act as a point of contact with office vendors and service providers
  • Coordinate with IT on all office equipment
  • Book travel and accommodation
  • Answer office phone calls, dealing with correspondence, complaints, and queries 

What you’ll need:

  • Relevant experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager or Admin Assistance
  • Excellent communication skill (written and oral)
  • Well-presented and professional with a positive can-do attitude who is ready to take up any challenge
  • Ability to multi task and prioritise workload
  • Experience using MS Office software
