Receptionist and Administrative Assistant (Temp to Perm)
US (New York City, NY) SALARY: $60,000 - $90,000 PER: Annum TERM: Permanent
Our client a successful multibillion dollar hedge fund with offices in Manhattan and Stamford, Connecticut are looking for a Receptionist and Administrative Assistant combination. The role is based in their Manhattan office. It is a full time in office position with a positive office atmosphere, they are about 40 people in size. The position is a temp to perm role with the possibility for growth within the company.
In this role you would be working in the office full time as their Receptionist and Administrative Assistant. They have a very professional environment with bright and ambitious people.
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Organize and book meetings
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Assistance in preparation of meetings
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
- Act as point of contact for internal and external clients
- Calendar management
- Travel scheduling – domestic flights and accommodations
They are looking for an individual who is a self-starter and is willing to wear multiple hats as it is a combined role. This position is also great as you have the opportunity for growth within the company which is always a plus. They are looking for someone with a professional presence and positive attitude.
