Receptionist/ Admin Assistant

Our client, a Wealth Management firm, are looking for a proactive and organised receptionist/ administrative assistant to join their team on an initial 6-month fixed term contract in their York office. The successful candidate will be highly organised with excellent organisation skills and enjoy multitasking. Hours 9am-5pm.
What you’ll do
- Providing exceptional front of house service
- Acting as the first point of contact for all visitors
- Screening incoming calls and redirecting them to the appropriate colleague
- Organising meeting rooms
- Preparing documents
- Supporting with projects as required
- Ordering catering and preparing refreshments when necessary
- Managing incoming and outcoming post and ensuring distributed across in a timely manner
- Ad hoc administrative support
What you’ll need
- Previous corporate receptionist experience
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Great communication skills
- Capable of working under pressure
- Proactive nature
- Good use of initiative
- Efficient problem solver
- High attention to detail
