Overview

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Receptionist within a leading investment Management company.

The role will has a workload of 80% and is based in Central Zurich.

Main responsibilities

  • Take initial phone enquiries.
  • Organise meetings, including room bookings, arranging and catering requirements and preparing documents and presentations.
  • Maintain the meeting schedules for Senior Management
  • Manage expenses and invoices,
  • Assisting in the organisation of business trips with flight bookings, accommodation and visa application.
  • Organize team events including off-site meetings, conferences and trainings.

Your skills:

  • 2 - 5 years working experience gained within a similar office environment
  • Professional level of both English and German language skills;
  • Solid IT skills in MS Office - MS Teams, Power Point, Excel

For this position, we can only consider Swiss nationals, EU citizens or professionals possessing a valid EU / EFTA passport or an existing EU Residency permit.
