Our client, a global market leader in the travel sector is looking for Corporate Receptionist in Basel, Switzerland.

Your tasks

  • Professional reception and care of customers, guests and visitors
  • Receiving and forwarding incoming calls
  • Processing of incoming and outgoing mail
  • Inventory maintenance of office infrastructure
  • Business mobile phone management
  • Processing of various ticket systems
  • Ordering office supplies and catering requests
  • Access management, badge and key management of the building and inventory
  • Administrative support of the management, in particular appointment coordination
  • Support of management assistants, especially in event organization and other projects

Your profile

  • Completed training in the commercial sector or similar training
  • Experience at the reception and switchboard
  • Strong customer and service orientation
  • Good user knowledge of common MS Office programs
  • Strong understanding of services, high level of independence and flexibility
  • Relevant working/residency permit or Swiss/EU-Citizenship required
  • English (C1 level)
