Our client is a well-known union based in New York City that works closely with the mayor’s office and other official offices in our city.  There are more than three thousand members of this union. 


  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Organize and book meetings
  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Assistance in preparation of meetings
  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
  • Act as point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Calendar management


  • 2 years of administrative experience
  • Extremely organized with high attention to detail
  • Great with multi-tasking
  • Microsoft Office
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
