Reception and Office Assistant

Europe (other) SALARY: €35,000 - €40,000 PER: Annum TERM: Permanent


On behalf of a leading mid-market private equity company in the DACH region, we are looking for a Reception and Office Assistant.

Main responsibilities

  • Responsible for the Reception area including conference rooms and switchboard
  • Act as the general contact person for office matters for internal employees and suppliers
  • Take care of office and travel expenses accounting
  • Responsible for the target-actual inventory, orders and receipt of office supplies and drinks
  • Contact person for coffee machines, printers and orders in the office
  • Coordinate and organize appointments, meetings, and conferences (incl. catering and guest care)
  • Receive the mail and deliver it to the right departments
  • Attentively take care of the anniversaries and birthdays for employees

Your skills:

  • Experience gained within a similar role and environment
  • Very confident handling MS Office applications including MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English - additional language skills are welcome
  • Proactive way of working, hands-on mentality
  • Competent, friendly and representative appearance
