Our client, a high-net-worth individual, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Property Manager to manage the estate in Weggis, Canton of Lucerne. This position calls for an individual of exceptional dedication, responsible for the comprehensive stewardship and preservation of this prestigious estate, which may include overseeing potential construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of the property.
• Monitoring and managing maintenance and renovation work, potentially involving basic electronic and electrical knowledge.
• Coordinating household management, including cleaning services and procurement.
• Safeguarding the security, privacy and tranquillity of the estate's discerning residents.
• Crafting and maintaining a sophisticated property maintenance schedule.
• Collaborating with an exclusive network of contractors, service providers and vendors to ensure the delivery of superlative services and repairs.
• Compiling and presenting regular, detailed reports and updates to the property owner, offering a transparent view of the estate's condition.

Requirements

• A well-established track record in a similar position, ideally within the realm of luxury property management, where exacting standards and meticulous attention to detail are paramount.
• Proficiency in the seamless coordination of construction and renovation initiatives, highlighting your innate capability to transform concepts into reality.
• Fluent command of German, Swiss German, and English languages
