Property Manager, London & Virginia Water

A dynamic and creative family are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee an exceptional team across two properties based in London & Virginia Water.

The chosen candidate will be charged with the smooth day-to-day running of the Principals two homes; and will report directly to the Principals whilst overseeing a team of eight domestic staff.

As part of an evolving family office, this role will nurture a supportive and collaborative culture. This person will work directly with the Principals who are highly engaged in every aspect of their projects.

The successful candidate will have a strong assistant to support them with the day to day running of the properties. They will partner closely with the Financial Controller on all budget and expenditure matters. They will also have ad hoc support of an HR Manager.

In addition to this, the chosen candidate should be tech-savvy, competent in the use of MS Office Suite and Windows OS including Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to design and create reports, charts, spreadsheets, trackers and have experience using H&S systems / software.

Working hours will be 9:00am – 5:30pm Monday – Friday, with two/three days working at the Principals Virginia Water residence, one day at their Family Office on Oxford Street, & one day per week from home.

A driving licence and vehicle will be required for this position, to navigate between the various work locations.
