A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Administrator to join my client, a Management Consultancy based in London. This is a fully remote ongoing temporary role that requires 1-2 days per week, variable, with the potential for increased engagement for the right candidate over time. The role is data-driven and experience in Compliance and Environmental Support is desired.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Data Collection & Analysis; Gather and organise environmental data
- Prepare sustainability reports, presentations, and documentation, including progress reports for internal teams and clients.
- Draft carbon reduction plans, environmental impact assessments and corporate social responsibility (CSR) reports.
- Be proactive in supporting the client to complete actions in a timely manner, where possible completing the action on their behalf or working with them to complete.
- Participate in client meetings to present sustainability data, findings, and potential improvement areas.
- Collaborate with clients to gather necessary information for sustainability assessments and to help them achieve their environmental goals.
- Provide support to PCML colleagues as and when required.
- Participate in regular team meetings. Keep up to date with legislation, regulations, and client requirements
WHO YOU ARE:
- Experience in Sustainability Reporting and carbon emissions calculations
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to analyse data and present findings in a clear and structured manner.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Comfortable with both independent and team-based work.
