Dubai, UAE SALARY: 15,000 AED - 20,000 AED PER: Month TERM: Permanent

Our client is looking for a great Product Manager to develop an industry leading review platform for the online gaming & betting industry. As Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the development and success of the web and app products from ideation to launch and beyond. You will work closely with the engineering, design, business, and other teams to ensure that products are well-defined, executed with high quality, and aligned with our strategic goals.

You will have the opportunity to shape the product roadmap, make data-driven decisions, and contribute to the growth of the product.

Responsibilities:

  1. Product Strategy and Road mapping:
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to define & drive the product vision, strategy, and long- term product roadmap.
  • Translate business goals and customer needs into clear and actionable product requirements.
  • Prioritize features and enhancements based on user feedback, market trends, and business impact.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and challenges.
  1. Continuous improvement and Quality Assurance:
  • Work on improving the user experience by translating data into actionable design recommendation.
  • Collaborate with engineering to ensure that features are developed with high quality and meet the specified requirements.
  • Collect and analyse data to track product performance, user engagement, and KPIs.
  • Use data insights and market trends to make informed decisions about feature iterations, optimizations, and pivots.
  • Solicit feedback from users and team members to continuously improve the product and development processes.
  1. Project Management:
  • Lead agile development processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.
  • Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and proactively address any issues that arise.
  1. User-Centric Mindset:
  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gain a deep understanding of user needs and pain points.
  • Champion the user's perspective throughout the product development lifecycle.
  1. Product Launch and Communication:
  • Plan and execute successful product launches, including messaging, marketing collateral, and user training materials.
  • Communicate product updates and milestones to internal and external stakeholders.
  1. Monetization Strategy:
  • Develop and implement effective monetization strategies for the product, considering various revenue models such as subscription plans, freemium options, or advertising.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to identify and target key customer segments for monetization efforts.
    • Analyse user behavior and feedback to optimize pricing models and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends related to monetization and pricing strategies, adjusting the approach as needed to remain competitive.
    • Work closely with the finance team to track and report on key financial metrics related to product monetization

Qualifications:

 

  1. Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant technical or business field from IIM’s/IIT’s or other top colleges (MDI, IMT, XLRI) from India.
  2. 3 to 6 years of experience in technical product management, preferably in a start-up, content publishers, gaming, content focused tech platform, sports new platform or fast-paced B2C, D2C Tech environment.
  3. Strong understanding of product development processes and latest technologies.
  4. Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  5. Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  6. Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.
  7. Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to take ownership and drive initiatives.
  8. Excellent verbal and written communication along with great interpersonal skill is required.

Industry preference – B2C tech platforms operating in online gaming, fantasy sports E-commerce, Ed- Fin/tech, classified ads or publication industry
