Private PA – PERM

London (Greater) SALARY: £25,000 - £25,000 PER: Annum TERM: Permanent

This is an exciting opportunity for a junior PA or assistant or a recent grad to work for an entrepreneur in a business that is growing from strength to strength.  It’s a high-end packaging business working with all the top hotels and restaurants in London & UK.  They have a factory in Glasgow & in Europe.  Whilst you will be employed by the business you will be supporting one of the business owners directly, working from her home office in Central London.  If you thrive on variety, responsibility and have a ‘I can make this happen’ attitude you will love this role.  An appreciation of design would help.

The Role


  • Post office runs (once every 2 weeks)
  • Collecting dry cleaning (once every 2 weeks)
  • Occasional food shops
  • Organising faulty item returns 
  • Organising courier collections/ drop offs 
  • Unpacking/ Packing samples to be sent out
  • Tracking down missing / late deliveries 
  • Post office drops 
  • Organising staff gifting 
  • Booking occasional travel
  • Updating staff holiday calendar 
  • Ordering office supplies
  • General Office admin (calling electricity company / sorting printer issues etc)
  • Keeping stock take spreadsheets up to date 
  • Drafting emails for the principal
  • Organising zoom calls/ sending calendar invites 
  • Drafting invoices (will show them how to use Xero)
  • Organising photos for insta / website (saving them in relevant client folders)
  • Helping out on insta shoots 
  • Occasional travel (bi-annual) to Glasgow 
  • Printing / helping complete documents for export 
  • Dropping / collecting samples from clients 
  • Acting as a client / supplier liaison on my behalf to help solve day to day issues 
  • Email management 
  • Helping prepare quotes (using templates)
  • Requesting paper samples
  • Helping find imagery / creating client mood boards 
  • Helping decide / research brand colours / find them in pantone books
  • Helping research potential new clients 
  • sending receipts to accounts 
  • helping accounts track down missing invoices for reconciliation 

The Candidate


Knowledge of Excel, Gmail is a must and Xero would be a bonus 

Keen interest in hospitality and/ or design

A can do attitude and pro active personality 

Loves attention to detail and organisation




£25k depending on experience
