Private PA, Monaco

Tiger Private are in search of a reliable and capable Travelling PA for our client based in Monaco.

This is a really exciting opportunity for a highly meticulous and detail orientated individual to join a tight knit group of individuals in an extremely rewarding position. Although the Principal is primarily based in Monaco, he enjoys spending months at a time at various properties across Europe and you will be required to travel with him and his wider team at short notice, thus, having total flexibility is vital. Your duties would involve overseeing all travel administration, inclusive of accommodation / flight booking ensuring all documentation is in order, as well completing all daily administrative and lifestyle duties. You will be the go-to person for all needs, acting as the first point of contact for all correspondence and facilitating effective communication between all aspects of the principals business and personal life.

The successful candidate will be a born organiser with excellent time management and multitasking skills, as well the ability to troubleshoot efficiently while staying calm and focused. This position requires expertise and a proven track record in efficiently managing a busy schedule, coordinating travel arrangements for the principal and the wider team, as well as handling various ad-hoc duties. Experience working fast paced environments with high profile clientele, exercising professionalism and adaptability, whilst ensuring the highest standards are adhered to at all times.

Only candidates with an EU Visa, as well as a fluency in English & French can be considered for this role.
