London (City of) SALARY: £55,000 - £70,000 PER: Annum TERM: Permanent
This fantastic role has arisen in Central London working as Private PA to an UHNW and his wife based from the principals City based office. The role will encompass 80% private support and 20% Business support and will be a really busy role with you in sole charge of managing all aspects of the couples private life and that of their children.
You will be the lynchpin and manage all aspects of their busy private life and any key events across the family as well as overseeing any high profile business events and liasing with other HNW and VIPs on behalf of your principal. As Private PA to the family you will also coordinate all personal travel/itineraries/taxis/private jets and medical/lifestyle appointments for the family as well as managing their private household and domestic staff so you will need to have experience negotiating best prices and sourcing locations for holidays and travel.
This is a really wide ranging role and will suit someone with at least five to ten years experience as a Private PA who has at least some experience with managing a business diary. The role will involve you working closely with the CEO's wife across family arrangements and cross referencing private/business commitments. You will also need to be happy to undertake research on projects either business or personal and have a good knowledge of restaurants/hotels/travel management.
This will suit a Private PA who loves a varied and all-encompassing role and who does not need lots of visibility with the principals as you will need to take the lead and be a self-starter and highly proactive. You must be someone who can work at pace and recognise that to be a top level Private PA you need to be flexible around the needs of your principals. The role will require you in over 5 days but could become hybrid over time. Hours 9-6 with flexibility as required for a Private PA.
As the Family Private PA you will need to be confident, happy with a direct approach, resourceful, detail oriented, discreet and have an excellent work ethic and a real desire to deliver an outstanding level of support.
The salary is between £55,000 to £70,000 depending on experience and extensive benefits including Pension, 25 days holiday, Health insurance, Wellness contributions, subsidised food, training allowance and the list goes on.......
