About Us: We are hiring for a prominent UHNW family residing in a luxurious estate in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef with a background in Michelin-starred environments and UHNW family settings to join our dedicated household team.
Responsibilities:
As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for curating and executing world-class culinary experiences tailored to our family's preferences and dietary requirements. Your responsibilities will include:
- Menu Planning: Create diverse and sophisticated menus that showcase your culinary expertise and cater to the family's tastes, dietary restrictions, and dietary preferences.
- Culinary Excellence: Prepare and present high-quality, gourmet meals to the family and their guests, ensuring impeccable taste, presentation, and adherence to dietary restrictions.
- Kitchen Management: Oversee all aspects of the kitchen, including inventory management, procurement of ingredients, and kitchen equipment maintenance.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the family to understand their preferences and dietary needs, accommodating special requests and providing exceptional dining experiences.
- Hygiene and Safety: Maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen, adhering to all food safety regulations.
- Budget Management: Manage the kitchen budget effectively, including cost control, expense tracking, and supplier negotiations.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef, preferably in Michelin-starred restaurants and UHNW family environments.
- Expertise in Arabic cuisine is highly desirable.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional creativity and a passion for culinary innovation.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to culinary excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing menus and dietary requirements.
