Principal Associate – Exec Search

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Principal/Senior Associate with Private Equity experience to join a highly regarded boutique Executive Search who focus on finding the right people for top level roles over a multitude of sectors in Central London. This role will be within the Private equity team. You will work in a close-knit group at a growing and dynamic company where everyone works well together. This is a great role for someone who is seeking to progress their career with hard work and fantastic incentives.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Building key relationships with clients and candidates
• Consult on highly specific requirements
• Mapping target clients
• Headhunting
• Screening and qualifying senior level candidates

WHO YOU ARE:

A Senior or Principal Associate with 5 years+ experience working within Private Equity. You will be wanting to your career to the next level within a flourishing environment. You will have a positive outlook and be dynamic and switched on. This ideal candidate will have excellent education and solid Private Equity experience. You will pay attention to detail, remain calm in all situations, and communicate well across all members of the team.

Requirements:

• Degree educated
• Excellent communications skills
• 5+ years’ Private Equity experience as an Senior Associate in an Exec Search firm
• Self-driven
• Keen achiever
• Entrepreneurial mindset

This role is predominantly working from home.
