Personal Chef with a Focus on Health and Dietary Cuisine


**Job Description:**


We are currently seeking for a Personal Chef who will lead our private kitchen with a focus on health-conscious and dietary-specific cuisine. This role is ideal for a chef who excels in creating nutritious and beautifully presented meals, under the guidance of medical professionals, and who can support and mentor a team of chefs.


**Key Responsibilities:**


1. **Leadership and Kitchen Management:**

   - Take on the head chef role, overseeing all kitchen operations.

   - Provide guidance and support to other chefs, fostering their professional development.

   - Ensure the kitchen operates efficiently, maintaining the highest standards of food quality and hygiene.


2. **Advanced Menu Planning:**

   - Work closely with doctors or nutritionists to create innovative, health-focused menus.

   - Introduce creative dishes that adhere to specific dietary and caloric restrictions.


3. **Culinary Expertise in Health and Nutrition:**

   - Utilize herbs, spices, and natural flavours to enhance dishes without compromising dietary guidelines.

   - Stay abreast of the latest trends in healthy cooking and nutrition.


4. **Ingredient Sourcing:**


   - Source high-quality, sustainable ingredients that align with health-focused menus.


5. **Food Presentation and Catering:**

   - Excel in food plating and presentation, making each dish visually appealing.

   - Assist in catering for family events and parties, ensuring food meets both health standards and guest expectations.


6. **Collaborative Menu Development:**

   - Collaborate with medical professionals to develop and refine menus.

   - Regularly experiment and innovate to introduce new health-conscious recipes.


7. ** Customisation:**


   - Incorporate feedback to continuously improve the dining experience.




- Extensive experience as a head chef, particularly in health-focused cuisine.

- Culinary degree or equivalent qualifications, with additional training in nutrition and dietetics being a plus.

- Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and development.

- Excellent knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen management.

- Creativity in menu planning and food presentation.

- Ability to work under guidance from medical professionals.

- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
