We are looking for a Spanish speaking proactive Personal Assistant. The successful candidate will be structured, methodical and possesses a good attention to detail. Also having significant levels of tact and discretion and remaining calm under pressure.

Responsibilities:

Supporting all administrative needs and correspondence
Overseeing household staff and staff schedules
Extensive travel & diary management and reservations
Basic book keeping and managing household bills
Undertaking ad hoc personal errands
Household purchases / returns and credit card / account reconciliations

Successful applicant must have a minimum of 3 years Personal Assistant experience and must be fluent in English and Spanish.
