Personal Assistant / Private Travel Coordinator

Our client, a global private investment firm with Headquarters in New York are seeking a superb Executive Personal Assistant with extensive experience coordinating private air travel to join the team on a temporary basis.  This is an ongoing temp role, with the opportunity to go permanent for the right person. 

The role will be supporting the top executives of a firm who are growing rapidly.  They have incredibly high standards and expect perfection.  They are also a great team of really nice people.  

  • Heavy coordination of international private travel including working across time zones
  • Calendar management for senior executives
  • Support any overflow work as requested by the Chief of Staff
  • Light estate management
  • Personal errands

This role will be remote to begin with, but will also include in-office work in Stamford, Connecticut.  You may be required to work London hours at times and possibly quite regularly so flexibility to accommodate this is essential.

To be considered for this role you will have 7-10+ years’ experience in a similar role, and hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher, and have experience in an office environment rather than purely household experience.
