Monaco SALARY: €70,000 - €80,000 PER: Annum TERM: Permanent
We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional English speaking Personal Assistant, to assist an UHNW businessman and his small family based in Monaco.
During office hours you will be out and about running errands, working from the Principals Monaco home; or from your own home office, depending on the Principals requirements.
Generally, this will be a Monday-Friday position, however you will however be expected to be on-call outside of office hours and over the weekend; and be available to take calls and respond to emails remotely as and when required.
The Principals own and run very successful businesses in both Columbia and Canada, along with multiple properties worldwide.
You will be responsible for providing a mix of business and personal support (predominantly the latter). You will manage the Principal’s diary, social calendar and appointments, make reservations, book tickets and schedule social engagements.
A strong awareness of the Monaco social scene and local events in the surrounding areas is a must.Â

You should have a meticulous eye for detail and excellent communication and administrative skills, and the ability to use your initiative to work to the highest level. You must have a positive ‘can do’ attitude to address any obstacles you may be presented with. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience of supporting a busy professional individual or family.
The duties will include:
*Extensive diary management across multiple time zones
*Inbox management and gatekeeping
*Co-ordinating all worldwide travel
*Restaurant & hotel Reservations and ticket bookings
*Property management/ management of household staff
*Errand Running & Personal shopping
*Gift/furniture/ homeware recommendations and purchasing

*A driving licence and access to a vehicle will be required for this position.*
