Dubai, UAE SALARY: 18,000 AED - 22,000 AED PER: Month TERM: Permanent

Responsibilities:

  • Managing schedules
  • Monitoring a reporting manager’s email and responding if required
  • Preparing communications on behalf of a manager
  • Answering phone calls
  • Organising travel and itineraries – flights/ hotels
  • Appointment bookings/ Reservations
  • Organising and planning meetings
  • Taking notes and writing minutes during meetings
  • Conducting or preparing any research that the reporting manager may require.
  • Various ad hoc requests – updating personal documents (passport/banking/properties)
  • Managing house/housekeeper
  • Bills/invoices for personal purchases (household items/household repairs)
  • Managing driver’s schedule.
  • Arranging personal insurances (health/property).
  • Conducting research on personal purchases/appointments and giving options to reporting manager.
  • Managing properties – insurances, repairs, rental/sales/purchases, household staff and deliveries.
  • Time management during meetings.
  • Maintain personal filing system

Requirements:

  • Certification in secretarial work, office administration, or related training.
  • 2-3 years of experience as a personal assistant would be preferred.
  • Native English speakers preferred for this role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Verbal and written articulacy

  • Well-developed time management skills
  • Strong organisational skills
