A global leader in the world of FinTech is looking for a People and Development Associate to join their team and work closely with the HR Business Partner. This company is known for challenging convention and breaking through with new transformational products!

Core Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Head of People and Development on all aspects of employee experience, including new joiner assimilation and experience, people policy review and benchmarking, performance management, employee engagement and learning and development
  • Lead project planning for People function, including outlining timelines and outcomes and seeing a program end-to-end with exceptional results
  • Lead the administration and maintenance of people systems, such as the performance management platform and learning management system
  • Administration of mandatory firmwide trainings and carefully monitor completion
  • Lead report generation and presentation of metrics within all People and Development systems
  • Analyze data to critically assess our platforms and processes, and present insights on how to improve our employee offerings
  • Contribute to the drafting and finalizing of people policies and announcements, including but not limited to employee handbooks, people policy documents, etc
  • Research and analyze data on trends and best practices as relates to employee experience and policy

Applicant Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree required
  • Minimum 5-7 years’ experience, ideally within at least one Human Resources or People and Development function
  • Experience in technology / FinTech companies preferred
  • Strong project management skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication
  • A self-starter who is comfortable engaging in a process, even while still learning the ropes
