Payroll and Benefits Manager – Boutique Recruitment Consultancy

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a top boutique recruitment consultancy firm in London, as a standalone Payroll and Benefits Manager, on a full-time basis, with amazing benefits, fully flexible working hours, remote or hybrid working (candidate preference) and a genuinely lovely company culture and tight knit team of supportive and friendly people.
They are a company of around 60 people in total. There is an entrepreneurial feel to the company, so they are seeking someone who will be committed to making this role their own, and someone who is always looking for ways to improve on current practices and processes.
The role will be looking after all the daily needs for payroll and benefits for all temporary workers, which could be anywhere between 70-200 temps out on a weekly basis. You will need to be familiar with full end to end payroll using SAGE 50, P11D, P60, maternity pay, holiday pay, deductions, keeping trackers, processing bonuses accurately, and triple checking your work to make sure no errors are made. You could also be called upon to support with general payroll and benefits enquiries from the temps and answering queries from the recruitment consultants.
This role will need someone with gravitas, credibility, experience and impeccable written and spoken English, and ideally someone with a recruitment agency background, however this is not essential. You will also be a friendly, warm person who is happy to go the extra mile.
