What You’ll Do:
• Answering the mainline phones in a warm, professional and effective manner ensuring that all queries are resolved or passed on to the appropriate person
• Take pride and ownership of the office space. Use own initiative to make the office a tidy and inviting space and continue to look for ways to improve the atmosphere.
• Database administration and weekly reporting
• Booking couriers – bike and DHL bookings
• Post distribution – assist with outgoing and incoming mail/courier deliveries
• Some hotel and travel bookings if necessary - including for staff in global offices
• Restaurant reservations & occasional in-house lunch orders
• Stationery supplies – ensure print room, copier and stationery cupboard stocked and tidy
• Ad hoc admin/PA duties for the office when needed – filing, photocopying, formatting documents, holiday cover
• Assist with research on ad hoc ops projects
• Help with organization of company wide events and socials
