Part-time Receptionist

A physiotherapy clinic, based in South Kensington, is looking for a Receptionist to join them on a part-time basis for at least 3 weeks. Ideally you will have previously worked in a similar practice or healthcare environment. They only need support a few days each week, varying between working part-time hours in the morning or the afternoon (e.g. 8am-1pm or 1pm-7pm). They're based in South Kensington and looking to pay £12/hour. 

Who you are:

• Previous experience in a front of house role - ideally within physio or healthcare 
• Confident communicator 
• Good phone manner 
• Friendly and engaging 
• Excellent customer service 

What you will do:

• Answer customer queries via telephone and email
• Schedule appointments 
• Ensure the reception area is well-kept 
• Welcome customers 
• Any ad hoc assistance
