Part-Time Personal Assistant (Remote West Coast)
US SALARY: $100,000 - $150,000 PER: Annum TERM: Permanent
Our client, an Ultra High Net Worth Individual is looking for a part-time Personal Assistant to work closely with his EA to support his personal life. The Principal is based in Los Angeles, California, but this is a remote role for someone who is based on the West Coast. The role will be for 10-15 hours per week, and they are flexible on when these hours are worked as long as it’s between 9AM – 5PM Monday – Friday.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Arranging domestic and international travel and logistics including itineraries, lodging, and ground and air transportation
- Management of personal requests such as booking appointments and making reservations
- Coordination with household staff on house management requests
- Work closely with their lifestyle managers
The ideal candidate will have 8+ year experience in a similar role and will be able to hit the ground running. You will have a self-starter attitude and be flexible as things may change quickly. You must also have a high level of discretion, and be used to managing highly sensitive information.
