Part Time PA to Creative Founder

This dynamic founder who runs a successful boutique firm that services music manufacturing is looking for a part time PA to work circa 20 hours per week (flexible as required to 25). The ideal candidate will be an experienced PA who is able to work one day from the office in North London (Wednesday is the fixed day and this is essential) when the whole team are together in the office.

Your role will be varied and include providing support across the business for the founder including organising travel (very detailed itineraries) as well as producing detailed client presentations (excellent PowerPoint skills are essential for the role as well as Word/Outlook) and ad hoc project work. Another key part of the role is supporting the CEO across her multiple charitable interests and minute taking/setting up meetings and preparing documents for these. You will of course get involved in private support across her personal banking/household/car and other more domestic support as required.

This is a really fantastic role for a part time PA who loves a varied role where you are fully involved in your principals life. If you like to work remotely but still like to retain face to face interaction with your principal this is a great opportunity. You will be involved and valued and as this is a brand new role, due to sheer volume of work the CEO is dealing with. As your principal has not had a PA before there is huge scope for you to really build the role for yourself. If you are an experienced PA who is looking for a part time role (Monday to Thursday mornings only with Wednesday in the office but no requirement for you to be working on Friday as the CEO doesn't!). You will be part of a really friendly team of long serving members of staff so you will be very much part of this collaborative, inclusive and highly creative team. If you love music you will be in your element but even if you don’t this is a special 'one off' part time PA role.
