Part-time Executive Assistant

London (West End) SALARY: £28,000 - £32,000 PER: Annum TERM: Contract

A charity is looking for a part-time EA to join them for an 11-month maternity cover contract. This role will be working 16 hours per week, with flexibility in the working pattern. 

The small team are based in London, but this role can be worked remotely, with the odd day coming into London - once a month. 

Salary is £30,000 pro rata. Start date is beginning of September to allow for a handover.

  • Previous experience as an EA/PA
  • Flexible and happy to get stuck in

  • Strong eye for detail 
  • Organised 

What you'll do:

  • Support the CEO and other team with admin tasks including maintaining records, organising files, data entry and database management 
  • Financial management - instruct the payment of grants and invoices
  • Organise meetings and manage the CEO's diary 
  • Preparation of quarterly board meetings, including coordinating travel and accommodation 
  • Travel management including itineraries 
  • Support with communications including social media and updating the intranet
