UK (regional) SALARY: £40,000 - £50,000 PER: Annum TERM: Permanent

This dynamic boutique family office in the heart of Wiltshire (SW England) is seeking a Private/Business PA for the Chairman of this well established firm.

Your role will incorporate business and personal support  (50/50) for the Chairmans office as well as the wider family. You must be a born organiser as you will need to proactively manage a very busy and ever-changing inbox, ensuring he is kept informed of his daily meetings/events/personal arrangements, as well as managing his high value asset register. As this is a small team there will be some overlap with the other divisions so you must have great written and verbal communication skills, as well as attention to detail.

This is a high-level role which will require a versatile and well-presented individual to act with total discretion and have attention to detail as well as the ability to multitask and work at pace. This position will suit a PA with at least 2-3 years’ experience of working at senior level, from a finance, paralegal or HNW background. You will need to hold a UK driving licence, as the Wiltshire office is based 30 mins outside of Swindon.
