PA/Office Manager

London (West End) SALARY: £45,000 - £55,000 PER: Annum TERM: Permanent

This boutique private equity firm is looking for an Office Manager/EA with circa 3 years experience as a Team Assistant/PA or Office Manager. You will be part of the new London team of 5 so you will very much be part of the busy office and make the role your own. the HQ are in New York where there is a larger team but due to the business expanding they are growing the London office. 

Day to day you will be responsible for coordinating diaries and travel for the senior Partners and Associates as well as managing travel and the office and setting up Zoom/Teams calls and organising meeting rooms or satellite desks for visiting team members. You will also liaise with the office in New York and coordinate across different teams.  

This is an exciting new role and they would consider someone if they preferred to work full time with 4 days a week in the office and Friday from home or they would consider 3 or 4 days a week (salary pro rata). Personality is key for this role as it needs someone with very much small company mentality, a no job is too big or small approach, great MS Office and organisational skills as well as the ability to juggle coordinating the office and negotiating contracts and setting up suppliers.
